About Bryan Collins
25 years. Four active sites.
One system.
I've been building websites that rank since before Google introduced Panda. Today I focus on authority sites — the kind that survive algorithm updates, get cited in AI search, and generate leads without depending on paid traffic.

Built on production work, not theory.
I started building websites in 1999. Not as a hobby — as a business. Every framework I teach comes from running live client sites where ranking and revenue are real stakes.
The system I use today is the same one I run for clients across local service, affiliate, and B2B. I maintain four active production sites. I test every strategy on my own properties before I recommend it to clients. If it doesn't hold up under real conditions, it doesn't go in the doctrine.
In 2024, I generated $21K in 90 days on Upwork using the authority site methodology — not by ranking for "Upwork tips" but by demonstrating verifiable expertise through the content and entity signals that AI engines and clients alike look for. That's the system.
In 2025 and into 2026, I shifted the focus to Generative Engine Optimization — the work of getting cited in AI-generated answers, not just ranked on Google. The two aren't the same problem, and the gap between them is where most established sites are currently losing visibility. The AI Search Audit is my diagnostic tool for that gap.
I'm based in Ireland. I work with clients globally. I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, which taught me the value of doctrine — of having a system that works under pressure, not just in ideal conditions.
"The sites I build are meant to last. Not to rank for six months and collapse on the next update. That standard shapes every decision — architecture, content, schema, link strategy."

The methodology
How I build sites that compound.
01 — Architecture first
Design before you write.
Every site I build starts with a content architecture — hub pages, cluster articles, internal linking designed to concentrate authority on the pages that matter. Writing without architecture produces content that dilutes, not compounds.
02 — Entity signals
Be findable by AI, not just Google.
Person schema, Knowledge Graph recognition, consistent author attribution, schema markup across every content type. AI engines cite sources they can verify. Entity signal work is what makes you verifiable.
03 — E-E-A-T baked in
Experience, not assertion.
Every article goes through the CRSTweb E-E-A-T Quality Gate before it publishes. First-person experience signals, visible FAQs, author credentials, schema-backed authority claims. Nothing generic. Nothing asserted without evidence.
04 — Production testing
Every framework is live-tested.
I don't recommend strategies I haven't run on active sites. The GEO framework, the review velocity system, the topical authority architecture — all tested on client sites and my own properties before they go into the playbook.
